At Ur Boutique, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-8 business days.
  • Cost: $14.95 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $130 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days
  • Cost: $22.95 flat rate

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, peak periods, or unforeseen delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • Canada

All international orders are sent via Australia Post International.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 6-15 business days depending on destination

Shipping Cost

  • New Zealand: From $27 AUD
  • USA & Canada: From $42 AUD

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer the responsibility of Ur Boutique.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

If you would like added protection, we recommend selecting delivery insurance at checkout (where available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ur Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
