Ur Boutique – Refund & Returns Policy

At Ur Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Tags are still attached
  • The item is in original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange (subject to stock availability)

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if an item:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Provide a refund to your original payment method
  • We will cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
  • Undergarments
  • Accessories worn close to the body
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
